About I.Q. Home Solutions

I.Q. Home Solutions is a single member LLC, owned and operated by me, David Mathews. Although a relative newcomer to the Miami Valley as of 2012, I bring over 15 years of home improvement experience with me. The I and Q in I.Q. Home solutions truly reflect the cornerstones of how I operate my business: with Integrity and Quality.

When you deal with I.Q. Home Solutions, you deal with me personally from start to finish. Therefore, I am able to give my clients the following guarantees:

If I am not able to meet your specific needs with the level of quality which you feel you deserve - and which I demand of myself - I will be honest with you up front and save us both a lot of time and hassle.
I will not only offer creative ideas and suggestions, but provide real and practical solutions for your home improvement needs.
You will receive an honest, fair, and accurate quote in good faith for your project. I will take the proper amount of time to prepare a quote with the greatest thoughtfulness possible.
Only the cost of the materials is due before work begins. The balance is payable when the job is completed to your total satisfaction.
When work begins on your project, you are my only client. I will not start any other work until yours is complete.
As my client, you can expect quality work and attention to detail from me. While this isn't the fastest way to complete a project, I firmly believe that quality is preferable to speed.
Your home will always be treated as if it were my own.
